Play down the lancet report

"BC would like thank the people behind the recent Lancet mortality report of Iraq and would encourage similar tasks by the various independent bodies to further broaden the discussion with regards to the bleeding wounds of our nation – the depletion of our manpower and human resources. The report was devastating and saddening assessment; however, as Iraqi it did not surprise me."
