"IRAQ’S former interim prime minister Iyad Allawi has warned that his country is facing civil war and has predicted dire consequences for Europe and America as well as the Middle East if the crisis is not resolved.Found another one.
“The problem is that the Americans have no vision and no clear policy on how to go about in Iraq,” said Allawi, a long-time ally of Washington.
In an interview with The Sunday Times last week as he visited Amman, the Jordanian capital, he said: “The policy should be of building national unity in Iraq. Without this we will most certainly slip into a civil war. We are practically in stage one of a civil war as we speak.”"

It does seem from a far anyways, that a mini civil war is starting.

I got a report from the ground that the local people were talking civil war, that's why I went out and posted all the news stories that mention "civil war" to see if I could get a handle on just how wide spread it might be. The truth is I see this as the perfect time for the terrorist to escalate their campaign, and who knows how much the public will take before they take matters into thier own hands. Which will of course only add fuel to the fire.
It's certainly been talked about for a long time, even before the invasion. I sincerely hope it isn't coming to that.
