Media too free for some Iraqis

"BASRA, Iraq – Sabla Talal's understanding of the world started to turn upside down when Iraq's dictatorship collapsed in 2003, ending 35 years of tight government control over broadcast and print media.

Well we are going to have to limit your TV time, as you are being influenced, and we are going to report you to you parents, and put you on detention.
By the way, what is a hotbird TV? satellite TV?
