Hey Raed is on TV

Hey Raed is on TV asking a question of al-Hakim.
I wonder if they ever let him get that close to saddam with his pants up above his ankles, or without being on his knees.

He asked this question, and al-Hakim I think, gave him, more or less, the same answer I did here.
