My heart rises with hope when I read about Iraqis who do their best to bring the bright picture of Iraq to the international community. Dr. Ala Bashir has been doing it since he left Iraq in 2003. His latest art show "Christ View - Message of Love" opens on Oct. 14th, 2006 at Lesley Roy-Corvus Art Center in Connecticut. Lesley's art center is the permenant host of the surviving artwork of Dr. Ala Bashir."
