Funny I don't remember the first amendment having an exclusion based on dead people.
I think it has a lot more to do with the administration wanting to shield the public to the realties of war, much like their milblog policy. They just went after this guy because they could not order him to stop.
If this guy was ABC news and ran these pictures on their website, do you think the government could stop them?
