It is useless to say the Sunnis too have a member of the presidential council, and three provinces. I can't believe he's complaining that the terrorist won't b able to win an election, out right, and so the process is unfair to them?????
My heart bleeds, that said I think I agree this draft sucks, they could do so much better for themselves.
At least it appears most sides/parities/blogs seem to agree on this.
