Suicide Car Bombing in Iraq Kills 11 Iraqi Police Recruits

"Iraqi police say a suicide car bombing in the northern city of Arbil has killed at least 11 people and wounded dozens more - mostly new police recruits.

Officials say the death toll could rise as many of the wounded were in serious condition.
