I just showed this to my daughter who spent many nights of her fist tour on guard tower duty just up the road from this location. She says this video was taken a few months before she arrived Christmas of 04 in response to nightly planting of IED's in the traffic circle by insurgents at the start of the 'battle for mosul'.; 2:26 PM
