Interesting legal opinion on the validity of the Dujail trial...

"Michael Scharf discusses the Dujail trial on NPR's All Things Considered; Listen here (follow the link). He brings to our attention a 298 page single-spaced judgment--the longest such judgement ever written in a war crimes trial, according to Scharf--that was authored by the presiding judges in the Dujail tribunal and hails it as a major precedent. Shouldn't those who have cast aspersions on the trial be tested on the ins and outs of this document; naturally they all would have read the legal judgement before hurrying to pass their own, right?"
