So your suggesting Clinton violate the constitution, at a time he's under threat of impeachment, when articles are being drawn, when congress has expressed it's willingness to, when people are drafting charges. You suggest that would be the appropriate moment to go it alone?
But not congress right, when the country was clearly under attack by a for all we knew, or even know now a foreign power, they were busy sanctioning Clinton, instead of raising armies for our common defense. But that's OK in your book because Clinton had of course committed the ultimate offence. High crimes, and blowjobs clearly spelled out in the constitution.
But you don't think he was making the case? He was firing missiles, he was bombing the shit out if Iraq. I have to say that if you did not hear the message, it's because you refused to do so. now about the mans failings, oh well we all have failings. No one is perfect. I would agree that his behavior was reprehensible. but not to the extent to which they have tried to push it, not to the extent of a constitutional crisis which did noting but give the enemies of this country the green light to attack.
And right now, the only reason it's back in the news is because of the extreme failures that we are witnessing from all fronts. There is so much bad news coming out it's actually starting to frighten me. The last thing I heard was from that republican Senator from Main. She said that they were looking into reports of home grown terrorist being recruited, and that the news was that they were not just Muslims, but Americans from different walks of life were joining the enemy and preparing to attack.
Now this freighting news is bad on two fronts, what if it's true, or if it's a plot by administration figures to start rounding up US citizens to be sent off to Gitmo... At this point I don't have enough information to distinguish between the two. But what's worse is that we are talking about Clinton.

I used to think there were differences, but after the Padilla case and with the new legislation coming out of congress this week which seeks to legalize the criminal acts already committed by this administration and adds new powerful "tools" to the administrations tool belt, the difference is as blurred as it's ever been. This administration has shown no issue at all at rendering Canadians off to Syria, what makes you think they wont render you off to parts unknown?
You know if the terrorist stick to their MO, the attack will come a week before the congressional elections, or who know, during election day itself. A few suicide bombers at noon across the country would turn election day into chaos, and create a true constitutional crisis

I was sick of hearing about Clinton's dick after the first day that it choked the news. HA! An unintentional pun. Clinton's dick choked the news! Go me! Anyway... there isn't anything less classy that asking someone what he's been doing with his dick. What two consenting adults do in the privacy of the Oval Office is their business.
If Clinton had had any sense, he'd have just said, "My personal life is none of your business," and refused any further commentary.

A civil case that should never have come up during a sitting presidents term, not to mention like years of frivolous investigations by a corrupt right wing special prosecutor whose only intent was to defame.
You will notice that the first thing Bush did when he came to office was to change the rules, so that no one could do the same thing to him. Bush's "papers" are now locked in a vault that no one can open without his consent for like 25 years
