You see even Cole agrees that the amount of violence has dropped off immensely since they killed that demon Zarqy. 40 people in the last few "DAYS" as apposed to the last few hours that we were seeing in the run up to Zarqy's horribly painful death. I guess the new guy, whatever his name is today, has not been able to pull his team together yet, or is just not any good at his new job.
