Paper-thin theories

"The Arabic Al Hayat has a curious report about the efforts to form a new government in Iraq. The United Iraqi Alliance did not win an absolute majority in December's vote and so must now govern in a coalition. The Hayat story says that some of the smaller parties would vote with the Shiite list. While anything is possible in the Middle East, this report appears to have some problems."
