The released are required for the Iraqi justice

"The USA forces in Iraq released 9 members of the previous regime and facilitated their departure from Iraq.

These members are required by the Iraqi highest court for their involvement in war crimes and other crimes.

The Iraqi government knows nothing about the release neither the high court which declared that it will follow them wherever they go to bring them to justice.

The US authorities and forces haven’t informed the Iraqi government about it.

This is a very dangerous step indicating clearly that the Iraqi government holds none of its will at all. Such thing will raise a lot of doubts and leads to loss of confidence in these authorities and forces as well as in the Iraqi government."
