also does make sense as now is not much better than before the war conditions, especially if constitution turns out to be as bad as many fear
Well I see no hope that this charter will bring peace. It's internally inconsistent, and inherently unfair. We seem to have removed the tyrant from Baghdad and replaced him with a new tyranny in Najaf. Pray that history will judge us kindly.
