Twin bomb attack kills 13 in Iraq

"Thirteen people were killed in a double car bomb attack in central Iraq on Wednesday evening, police said.
Up to 30 people were wounded in the attack outside a car dealer's premises in the town of Jbeila, near the mainly Shia city of Hilla, south of Baghdad

Police said the first bomb was followed minutes later by a second, hitting many civilians gathered nearby."
