One Day in Iraq: At-a-glance

"The BBC News website is reporting in detail on events in Iraq throughout the day. From dawn to dusk Baghdad time, we are reporting the news in greater detail than usual and talking to Iraqis from all walks of life about their everyday experiences and the impact of the violence that surrounds them.

We are looking at what the Iraqi media and bloggers are saying and at what our readers in Iraq and elsewhere make of the situation there, and responding to your e-mails, comments and questions.

This looks very interesting, and I have seen this before from BBC, but I have just one question. How come the only blogger they ever cover is the Jarrar's? Someone has to write the BBC, and let them in to our little secret. THERE ARE OTHER IRAQI BLOGGERS. If they are having search problems or can not locate any other Iraqi blogs, well we here at This Fucking War would be more than happy to help them find other sources. Not to worry about any bias, I can assure the editorial staff at BBC that the voices covered here represent the entire spectrum of opinion. Please write the BBC to let them in to our little secret.

I guess that must be the reason. Why else would it be that they always mention them only. At least the mom is the most reasonable one of them all, but by linking to her they are linking to all of them. Not that there is noting wrong with that, but you would thing that every once n a while they would offer their readers a little variety.
