US arms sale to S.Arabia is a threat to Iran: Hezbollah

Beirut, July 9, IRNA – Member of Central Council of Lebanese Hezbollah Sheikh Muhammad Yezbek said that the US arms sale to Saudi Arabia aimed to threaten Iran.

He said the sale agreement amount is around 90 billion dollars, which is one of the biggest in the US arm trade history, and it was signed under condition that the weapons won't be used against the Zionist regime.
The sheikh welcomed statement of Sheikh al-Azhar of Egypt Dr. Ahmad Muhammad Tayyeb on necessity of strengthening relations between Shia and Sunni Muslims.
'When US and other enemies of Islam are trying to create disunity among Muslims, statement of Dr. Tayyeb is inviting Muslims for solidarity and creation of a united umma,' he said.
Tayyeb had recently declared that Shia Muslims are an inseparable part of Islam and their differences with Sunni Muslims are only on minor issues.
