We have a congress who not only pledged, but passed legislation to return to the Clinton Era “Pay-Go” (or pay as you go) standard to cover all expenditures that pass through the floor. Yet how are we paying for this 10.3 billion dollar bill Bunning is blocking today?

We aren’t. Nor does anyone have a plan to pay for it.
