Female Veterans Face Different Challenges as They Return Home from War

 
KANSAS CITY, MO - As dangerous as the battlefields of Iraq and Afghanistan have been, these conflicts aren't like any before them as more women are involved in the military than ever before. But the Veterans Administration is having to change and adapt to meet the needs of these women as they return home and begin to adjust back to civilian life.
