Elections writeup for worldfocus

"I was asked to write a blog entry on the elections for the website worldfocus.org - so after some initial reluctance I went ahead and did it. The entry combines some elements of earlier posts I made. It's been edited slightly, which seems a little strange to post something on my site that's not 100% my writing, but the edited version does read slightly better than the original did so here it is."
