Stuart Bowen on His Findings In Iraq


This weekend, Stuart Bowen, the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction (SIGIR), joins us on Newsmakers to discuss his findings in Iraq, while examining reconstruction efforts. He'll also explain how the lessons he learned, after 22 trips in Iraq, might be applicable in Afghanistan.

The most important thing he said was, "If you know about any contracting fraud", give him a call. They will look into it.]
