Pres.-Elect Obama & the Supreme Court

This Saturday on America & the Courts, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Diane Wood has been mentioned as a possible Supreme Court nominee of President-elect Barack Obama. Last month, she spoke at the American Enterprise Institute about European and U.S. citizenship. Judge Wood worked alongside Obama on the faculty at the University of Chicago Law School.
