It's a New World. One of Hope, Not of Vengeance

"This morning, my friend Tracy wrote me in an e-mail, "It's a new world. One of hope, not of vengeance."

On October 21st, I walked into the early voting poll in Collin County, Texas to exercise my right to vote. It felt good to participate in the making of American history.

The American election process is long. At times, I felt election day would never come. But, the wait was worth it. Last night, my dream - and the dream of millions of Americans and non-Americans - came true. American voters elected Barack Obama as their next President."
