Hey McCain was great on Letterman..David went after him but McCain came right back. Explained himself, and his campaign. And because there was no adoration of the candidate it actually came off well. He was down to earth and didn't look scary at all. I actually think it was one of the better interviews I have seen of McCain.

I think Letterman was trying to bring McCain down, I saw the opposite effect.
