What did they know, and when did they know it?

Today a caller on Rush asked a good question. He said it was obvious that the Russians had built up the force on the Georgian border over time, he asked, when did the administration know, and what this administration knew about the build up of Russian troops?

Rush did not know, he said no one knew the answer to that question. But I beg to differ the Rushed One.

I would only have to guess that "we" knew what the Russians were doing, "we" at least knew about the day in April when the "Russian jet shoots Georgian drone" So this whole incident should come as no surprise to anyone paying attention.
