Today, House Speaker Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said she opposed oil and gas drilling in protected areas and called for exploration on already approved leases. Minority Leader John Boehner (R-OH) accused the Democratic leaders of avoiding a vote on Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and offshore drilling.
