Light Traffic?

You know I noticed all day today that the traffic was light everywhere I went. It's like people stayed home. I know they didn't, I know they went to work, the kids, the groceries like they do everyday, but all day I had the feeling traffic was light. I don't know if it was the same outside my little are of the world. And I kept asking myself, has the price of gasoline reached a height that people will drive less?

I don't know. I kept thinking that it was early in the month and if people were having trouble keeping fuel in their cars they might try and stretch it out at the beginning of the month hoping to have enough to last them till the 31st.. Could it be, or was today's light traffic just a freak of nature. Only tomorrow will tell.
