No squeals for a ‘proportionate response’?

"The West - Turkish warplanes have reportedly bombed Kurdish rebel hideouts in northern Iraq. The planes flew reconnaissance flights over the border area before bombing targets of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, or PKK, private news channel NTV reported, citing Iraqi Kurdish officials. Turkey last month launched a major ground operation into northern Iraq to hit Kurdish guerrilla camps there. The eight-day incursion ended on February 29. There was no immediate confirmation of the new attack from the Turkish military. But military chief General Yasar Buyukanit has said Turkey will continue its attacks against rebels in northern Iraq. The military has said it inflicted heavy losses on a large group of rebels in Iraq’s Zap region, close to the Turkish border, during the ground incursion.

After 6,500 Qassams are launched at Israel and they finally fire up the tanks and choppers and do something against those firing the aforementioned 6,500 Qassams, the world erupts in squeals and shrieks. Calls for a ‘proportionate response’, a euphemism for doing nothing, oh how terrible it all is cry the haters, how terrible that terrorist scum are being killed. The Palis have nothing to fight back with, they only have home-made rockets whilst Israel is a technologically advanced killing-machine. Well the Kurds don’t seem to be firing rockets and what not at Turkey, they aren’t sending in homicide bombers across the border. But Turkey is flying around bombing them back into the stone age and yet it’s just crickets from the Jew-haters, perhaps some response is more equal than other’s response. Funny how Israel’s responses are always deemed less equal, unless off course it involves just lying down and taking it."
