Ramping Up
"Here we are in the 3rd Platoon Line Haul section, getting ready for all the changes coming forth in the new developments of the war over here. Many people have need of their equipment to be moved throughout the theater of operations. We have more people moving in. We have medium sized trucks capable of hauling 52,000 lbs on a 40 ft triple axle trailer quickly down the road and back all with armored cabs to help defeat the enemy’s efforts to harm us. We also have communication radios in all the trucks to keep in touch with those around us and some have cool little systems to help keep track of us and our friends as well as text messaging them. We are getting some other trucks that can’t haul as much, but they work a lot better on some of these torn up roads and muddy areas. They should be ready soon with all our fun bells and whistles that we need to be safe as possible out there. We have not been used much for other than short haul trips especially between here and our friends five miles up the road at camp Cedar. We are anxious to be kept as busy as possible so that these last months go by quickly and we can feel like we have been put to good use over here. Most of our trucks are running quite well because we have had a lot of time to work on them. ."
