Iraqi groups engage in mini-civil war

"I am receiving reports from highly reliable sources that Islamic extremist groups in Iraq (those affiliated with Al-Qaeda) and former Baath forces are engaged in fierce fighting Al-Anbar governorate.

The latest round erupted when a senior Baath party official and subcommander in the Islamic Army was found killed apparently by Al-Qaeda Arabs.
