One Man Organized Care Packages for Soldiers in Iraq
You can help a Vietnam veteran in Charleston who's making care packages for soldiers in Iraq.
Charles Farrell is a member of the American Legion. He says about one week ago he started collecting things soldiers need, but have no access to.
Some of those items include foot powder, toothpaste, and baby wipes to help keep them cool in the 110 degree weather. He says he'll keep sending them as long as people keep donating them. "A lot of troops in the filed can't get certain things," Charles Ferrell said,"You run out of shampoo here you just run out and buy some ... Over there you can't do that."
The American Legion will be open from 10 to 6 tomorrow and Sunday if you would like to donate. There is even a secure drop box outside if there is no one on scene.

I guess this is a local Ohio story so there is not web address so people can donate money, but I'm sure if you follow the link and poke around you should be able to find something.
