Maliki grows one ball, US Congress has none

"Watching Maliki, shoulder to shoulder (ahaha, that always cracks me up), with Bush today was a sight to behold.

First off, Maliki did not appear to be the lackey some have made him out to be. Second, he refused to condemn Hezbollah (guess why!).

I despise Hezbollah but I was with other Iraqis watching this and they lauded the fact he did not cave in to US pressure to condemn Hezbollah.

But, sadly, any dissenting voice is utterely rejected in the US Congress. Some Democrats and Republicans were tripping over each others' shoelaces to condemn Maliki."
