I'd like to welcome readers from Consul at Arms -- Thanks CaT for the nod. If you are new to TFW blog and you aren't too sure what exactly goes on around this blog, then let me give you the heads up.

At TFW, we link to news and blogs about the war. We link to all milblogs and Iraqi blogs. We also link to anything that we find on the net that brings us news about the war. But as we like to say, we link to the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, so you will usually find a wide rage of opinions. We don't necessarily agree, subscribe, or indorse much or what we post, but we think it's important to see a wide rage of views to try and get the big picture of what's going on in Iraq.
We try our best to find as many milblogs as we can and link to their posts daily so that readers who might not have the time to check the net for new posts can find out what's updated or happened today.

But we can't find every blog. We hope that if you like our blog that you might help us by dropping links to your favorite milblogs, warblogs, Iraqi blogs, or breaking news into the comments so we can spread the word.
