Is it just me

Is it just me, or have there been a drop in violence in Iraq in the last few days? I don't know, but I see less headlines with less civilian deaths. I guess I'll have to wait for today's issue of Iraq today to get a better look at the big picture, but I could swear that I have seen less reports of violence.
