"I hope that I am not the only one that gets detoured on the internet. A few weeks ago, I got detoured big time thanks to trying to figure out how to upload audio and video to the blog (which I still have not found the answer). In the meantime, I found some great videos that are great “pick-me-ups”!"

The easiest thing to do is just leave a link to the site where you found the video in your post.
If you are trying to uplink your own video I'd go to VLOG and check it out. Also you might try to use PICASA to do it. I haven't tried this yet as I haven't had a video that I felt it was worth the time to mess around doing this with, yet.
