A "president," a "prophet," and an aura

"We've all heard George Bush disparaged as a "cowboy," had fun with Dick Cheney's marksmanship, and heard plenty of jokes at the expense of the American president's smarts. But whatever the drawbacks of Cowboy Bush, he at least has a ranch and can ride a horse. Why, I wonder, haven't we heard more about the mental states of some of the Middle East's major figures? I mean, some of these guys are howling loons, and one of them heads a state that seems to be assembling the makings of a nuclear arsenal."
