Abu Theeb's tribe has a reputation for kidnappings and executions, and election officials declined to make the trip from Baghdad to his village to operate a polling station there. I think this guy is reaching out to us. I think he's trying to tell us something? Iraq sure has plenty of characters, their going to make fine politicians one day. We better be ready.
