A scapegoat is born!

Well actually I blame the people that nominated and those who consented to his appointment. Those are the very same people that directed them to fight the media war before they fight for the lives of the victims of this disaster.
If, what is described by this story, was really done by a FEMA operative and not from higher ups, then the guy should not be fired but shot by firing squad.
