Another Marine Killed in Same Iraq Valley

"BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) - The U.S. military said Thursday that another Marine was killed in action in the same Euphrates River valley where 14 Marines died in the worst roadside bombing targeting American forces in the Iraq war."
My Way
This Fucking War has learned though secret anonymous sources that the US Marines had found a major "resistance" hid out!

"it's a hornets nest of terrorist"

Highly places Washington official were still not sure.

"we are still looking into it, we have no comment"

Story developing....

What does your comment mean? It sounds like you're referring to this, but I'm not so sure how seriously to take it: The True Story behind the Killing of 14 U.S. Marines in Haditha (according to a website supporting and in contact with (?) Iraqi insurgents).

" The Iraqi freedom fighter had then no choice but to kill the American prisoners of war and threw them in the river"

Hey look your friends admit o war crimes. This is good maybe it can be used against them in their trial.

I really don't see anything new here, even if your story is true, we don't negotiate with terrorist. If you ask me they did the right thing in attacking. If I was being held hostage, I would expect the Marines to attack.

Luck for me I still got the right comment, it obvious from whatever story you read that the place is a hornets nest of terrorist and needs to be cleaned out.

I take it from you answer that this might have been the first you'd heard of it ...

Hey look your friends admit o war crimes.

You know two things about me: (1) That I have blog about prisoner torture, and (2) That I opposed the invasion. And from this you conclude that I'm some kind of terrorist sympathiser? Just what kind of fallacious logic is that?

I got interested, because you didn't seem to be blogging only a particular political viewpoint, and the tagline "I don't know anything" was a good sign. I thought you might be one of those rare kindred souls who is interested in sifting the truth out from amongst the bullshit hard left-wing and right-wing ideology. Even better, one who might be on the "opposite side" to myself.

Too bad. With dichotomous thinking like that, it's clear that you're just another right-wing memebot.

elendil,

"You know two things about me: (1) That I have blog about prisoner torture, and (2) That I opposed the invasion."

I also know that you come to my blog with a link to what looks to me to be the usual Arab parallel universe take on event on the ground. And to boot it's a link to a story the attempts to glorify the killing of ten members of my armed forces which they themselves proudly proclaim had been taken prisoners, or better as hostages.

So your indignation is pure and utter crap. Now I could be wrong. I could have made a mistake and this might not actually be a case of parallel Arab universe, or terrorist propaganda outright. I am open to all possibilities even to the government lying or covering up something. If you would like to make such a case, you will either have to present something to show how or why I am wrong about the material that you have so far brought forth, or come with something better.

I'm not sure if I have answered your concerns or not, anyway I am willing to listened to your side without further acrimony between us.
I remind you that I found you.
