Sunni Iraqis to Get More Seats on Constitution Commission, President Says

"Iraqi President Jalal Talabani says Sunni Muslims will be given up to 25 seats on a commission charged with drafting the country’s constitution.

Wednesday, Sunni leaders demanded more seats on the influential commission because they said they were underrepresented.

President Talabani says the proposal for more Sunni seats has still not been finalized."
