The Islamic State Accuses Iraq's Terrorists

"The Iranian authorities, our neighbors have accused Iraq's terrorists for the seven or so bombings that killed 10 people and injured many others. This comes only days before Iran's presidential elections. This morning's New York Times reported that this is the first time Iran has ever accused a foreign entity for terrorism in its country."
