Iraq Diary: 15-19 May 2004.

"Long day(s). Starting yesterday at 1500 while on QRF we went out to distribute newspapers around Sami's cop shop. Kind of neat the way people clamor for the new free press. Now let's see how they read into it. On the corner we found an anti-American martyr banner on the wall at the corner. We checked it for booby traps and tore it down. I wanted to keep it but we turned it in for intel. I should have just taken a picture and kept it since it's probably going into some pogues locker later today anyway."
