This is the Fallujah during* picture I got from Raed's
For a reference this is the before picture.

Update:
*I have re-label that "After" image.
After closer inspection, the date Nov.14 I realized that it's more of a during picture, we have to wait for the next series to get the after.

Thanks....I was going to look for that before pic....no frame of reference without it...and I suspect that they really aren't that different.

I know we have a powerful military, but I really don't think, from what I have been reading in milblogs of guys that are on the ground in fallujah, that we spent enough time or ordnance to level even 1/3 of a city of a quarter of a million people.

Get back with a report as soon as you know anything, to tell the truth I have not had a chance to compare the two, the computer here that I blog from is an old slow cow with dial-up. I was going to look last night at home, but I fell asleep...

Kender,
I have not finished downloading the file and I see a stark difference between the two views, for one the amount of traffic and two I think you can see what might be a tank firing, or some kind of flash.

I have a ton of trouble getting to your blog today. I finally got to it through a comment you left on NIW.

I noticed the difference in traffic also.

I am going to try to copy this image and grid it. That way we have a point of reference. I was looking for damage. Perhaps if I find a way to enlarge the image, and enhance the detail, with a grid we may shed some light on this.

You can see a lot of damage also, lots of roofs with big holes and pieces scattered all over the place, and the only traffic looks like military convoys or formations. We live in a special time in history where joe public actually has access to this kind of technology.
